Our payment provider is Paypal. If you are not happy using Paypal then please email us, at , and we can arrange for an alternative payment method to be used.

PLEASE NOTE: If you buy tickets 3 or less working days before a gig, the tickets will be available on the door for you to pick up. Tickets may be bought at the box office on the day, however in most circumstances they will only be able to take cash.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We charge a flat fee of £1.50 for postage, packaging and secure delivery, regardless of how many tickets you buy.

If we cancel a gig we will refund any money you have paid to us.

If for any reason you need to cancel or return tickets you have bought then you will be charged an administration fee for the return:

For returns 60 or more days before a gig there is no admin fee.
For returns 21 - 60 days before a gig there will be a 15% admin fee.
For returns 7- 21 days before a gig there will be a 35% admin fee.
For returns in the final week the admin fee will be 50%.
